1. Work with Potential Employer’s HR/CEO/or Director to understand the job openings

2. Get the job requirements from different Employers, partners with them and facilitate interviews for StarAgile students

3. Experience of handling end-to-end recruitment process in Pharma, Life Sc Colleges.

4. Preparing resume and cover letter for students according to the client requirements

5. Co-ordinate with students and schedule interviews

6. Mentor students on interview process (Telephone Etiquettes and Resume Building)

7. Ensuring smooth placement activities and building good relationship.

8. Need to do tie-up from company’s who are dealing with Clinical Research, CDM, PV, Medical Writing, Medical Coding etc i.e CROs, Pharma companies etc

9. Engage with alumni and leverage their network

10. Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

11. Degree in Human Resources or related field

12. Previous experience of providing placement to students in various sectors will added great advantage.

Candidate Requirement:

• Candidate must be a graduate
• IT background and MBA HR is bonus
• Candidate must have an experience of 2- 5 years
• Prior campus placement experience is a bonus
• Good networking with strong communication skills
• Good ICT skills (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point)
